A core principle of our visual ethos is celebrating raw surfaces, unique textures, and natural imperfections. Because our stoneware, hand-thrown ceramics, and organic textiles are crafted in small batches by real artisans, slight discrepancies in colour glaze, sizing, and texture tracking are a beautiful signature of craftsmanship, not a fault.

Order & Stock Allocations

As we maintain a low-volume, high-value framework, all stock allocations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the absolute legal right to modify order volumes, adjust target launch dates, or cancel trades if an independent artisan studio faces unexpected transit or production bottlenecks.
